The person behind it
Halfday Media was founded by Josie — a Brisbane creative with a background in influencer marketing and a genuine love for the local food and hospitality scene.
After years working in the content and creator space, Josie noticed a consistent gap: Brisbane's extraordinary restaurant scene was being underserved by agencies that didn't truly understand hospitality. The briefs were off, the creators didn't fit the venue, and the results fell flat.
Halfday Media was built to fix that. A boutique agency with one focus — helping great restaurants find the audience they deserve, through creators who actually care about the experience.
